NOTICE
Pursuant to the provision of Chapter 194.015 of the Florida Statutes, the Clerk of
the Value Adjustment Board is now accepting applications from any citizen, owning a
homesteaded property within Monroe County, wishing to participate as a citizen member
on the Value Adjustment Board. The citizen may not be a member or an employee of any
taxing authority, and may not be a person who represents property owners in any
administrative or judicial review of property taxes. By statute, the Board of County
Commissioners is limited to appointment of only one citizen member to the Value
Adjustment Board.
